Reason to go to Miller's 150th birthday bash,
and a reason to NOT go. They're planning on announcing 
who the third performer is going to be next month. It 
better not be Elton John, that's all I can say for now.

So I'm getting a bike helmet in the mail soon. 
  Yupper.
  Mine got smashed in half by the back of a beer truck. 
Yes he slammed into my bike but my helmet saved the bike 
itself. Yes the helmet was on my bike and not on my head. 
My bike was locked up to an iron fence around a tree. And 
it got hammered by a beer truck. The helmet's saved my 
head a couple times and now it's saved my bike. But now 
it's broken in half. 
  Long live the helmet.
  So the guy who did it asked for my mailing address and 
promised to send me one. 
  Hooray for people who take responsibility for their own 
actions. That's more than I can say for some people. Eh?

That's about all I can say for now. It was a chaotic week.
So much going on, and so little time left over to zinewrite 
and podcast. Maybe more comprehensive stuff next week. OK?
