Born in what was then North Carolina. Died and was buried in what was then Wright County, Missouri and is now Laclede County.
From the History of Laclede County:
A wagon train came from Bedford County, Tenn., in 1839. They made camp site in Laclede County near where the old jail, now the Laclede County Museum, stands. A portion of the families in this wagon train were Joab Scott, the wagon master; a Brooks family (Joab later married the Brooks daughter, Melinda; their graves are marked in the Bearthicket Cemetery); the Lawrance brothers, John Newton, Alexander Joel, and Adlai A., and four Lawrance sisters. Others in this train were the Clinkengbeards, Bilderbakcs, Malcoms, Catlins, Kemps, Possens, and perhaps others.

[30] BIRTH: 1. Death certificate lists his date of birth as 1876 in Marysville, Missouri, but the 1880 Census from Oak Creek Precinct, Saunders County, Nebraska, lists Frank as 6 years old and born in Nebraska. This would put his birth date in 1874, not 1876. Still unsure where exactly he was born as of September, 2002, but most likely Nebraska.

[33] 1. Grandfather's memory failed him when listing his father's middle name. It was Sylvanus, not Sylvester.

[S11]
Death Certificate - Frank Sylvanus Robison
[20] Lists Marysville, Missouri as his place of birth. In 1950 Marysville had only 7,000 residents. Perhaps his birth is registered in St. Joseph?
[21]
[S12]
1880 Census, Oak Creek Precinct, Saunders County, Nebraska
[22]
Incorrectly lists Sylvanus' parents birthplaces as Maryland and New Jersey. Lists Margaret Jane Reisinger's parents as being born in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Frank is listed as 6 years old which disagrees with his death certificate. He is also listed as having been born in Nebraska, not Missouri as his Death Certificate indicates.
