Incorrectly lists Sylvanus' parents birthplaces as Maryland and New Jersey. Lists Margaret Jane Reisinger's parents as being born in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Frank is listed as 6 years old which disagrees with his death certificate. He is also listed as having been born in Nebraska, not Missouri as his Death Certificate indicates.
