Thus far I have taken the liberty of making it seem that Vaughan was the brunt of a cruel joke. This was simply not the case. Vaughan knows us well and saw his chance for escape.
Come on Kingwell, did you think we wouldn't find you? No, of course not. I believe Vaughan sought refuge in the closet in order to be in a smaller spinning room.
It is important for the reader to note at this point that the strippers had yet to arrive at this quickly deteriorating party.
Music freaks: please notice the Tubes "Love Bomb", a telling tape indeed. Also, clearly visible is the paper bag into which Vaughan later managed to vomit.
