Restraining order by Laura Black against Richard Farley
Laura Black filed for a restraining order against Richard Farley, but as
with so many other instances, her pleas went unanswered. Richard Farley shot
Laura with a shotgun and murdered 6 of her co-workers not long after this
complaint was filed. I have scanned all 6 pages of the complaint (~100k each).
As a result of this incident, California passed it's highly inadequate
and often unenforceable "Stalking Law".
