Flag Assigned New IP Address

Flag had some downtime in the past week while a new IP was assigned, DNS updated, and hardware relocated. The performance should improve with recent changes made. The infoshop news service is now on a dedicated server located in Missouri. There are issues being worked out there to keep that server running on a regular basis. When it is online, it works quite well. Division of labor!
