Fuck The Bouncers

Postby Maggot » Tue Sep 29, 2009 2:32 am

I wrote the lyrics to this song after some asshole bouncer at this venue I was at threw me into a floor monitor and I almost broke my left bird finger. This was during a cover of "Nervous Breakdown" by Black Flag. When I say "Fuck Karma!" in the end, I'm referring to Karma Nightlife, a nightclub in Victorville, California. which is where the incident took place.

[Intro]

[Chorus]

Fuck the bouncers!

[Verse 1]

I thought bouncers were hired to make sure no one got hurt
Instead I’m singing a song and next thing I know a bouncer almost breaks my finger

[Repeat Chorus]

[Verse 2]

Did anybody manage to get this shit on video?
Or did anybody manage to capture that asshole in a still photo?

[Repeat Chorus]

[Bridge]

The Supreme Maggot wants vengeance!

[Guitar solo]

[Repeat Chorus]

[Outro]

Oh, shit! I’ve pissed them off!
They’re gonna get me!
I’ve gotta get away!

FUCK KARMA!

lol, great song. The lyrics were straight forward and to the point and yet, in some way comical. I enjoyed it and I could really feel your pain, both emotional and physical, expressed through the majesty of song. A+

Can't really express much without a recording, if your song doesn't rhyme and consists mostly of bridges and guitar solos. You should lay down a track for every song you write
