Anarchy at work

Postby El Guest » Sat Sep 04, 2010 6:42 pm

On weekends where I work there are no supervisors, managers etc...around, and iv'e noticed that production is just as good, if not better. than when they are around. So, I was wondering if you have anything similar were you work? Is the oppoesite true maybe? And why do you think this is?

Every time I go to work I have no contact with supervisors or bosses. And does that make a difference how I work, no it doesnt. Bosses are not needed when one takes pride in his work. To me if you have a job do your best for youreself not for some piece of shit boss who only cares about himself.
Anarchism is the only philosophy which brings to man the consciousness of himself; which maintains that God, the State, and society are non-existent, that their promises are null and void, since they can be fulfilled only through man's subordination.
