What do Anarchists think of Democracy in general? What is it, and what it is not?More specifically, I want your opinion of US democracy. Does it work?

The USA is not a democracy and it does not "work", except for the elite, which was exactly the point in the first place. It was never meant to be a democracy and it never will be a democracy. Whether or not anarchists support democracy probably has to do with how you define it, most (all?) anarchists are either very skeptical of electoral democracy or outright against it. But if you define democracy as a participatory process of decision making, then it is arguable that anarchism and democracy are really the same thing.
