Political philosophical anarchist Statement

Why to separate the society into children, adolescence and growing-ups ?

Who is endorsing this separation, is supporting the fragmentation of the whole human-kind into educator and followers, masters and slaves, rulers and servants, weak ones and strong ones, and therefore supports, that only one group of people own all the rights and is arbitrarily dominating and depriving the rights of all the others. Physically, psychically, mentally and sexually, pedagogical, psychological, familiar and howsoever. But this is not democracy, not anarchy, not freedom and also not humane. Wars, revolts and revolutions have always been, where people rebelled against disenfranchisement and oppression. Who doesn’t want the fragmentation of human-kind into masters and slaves has to care about, that social conditions are newly created to ensure a real equality and self–determination for children and adolescence and also for other suppressed human, to ensure that no one gets exploited anymore. Sorry for the rather bad english, in hope not te be missunderstandable. We would like to discuss in our little german -english-speaking forum about how these conditions might look like and how we can find a way to reach a consent under us and act together to contribute, that the human dominion over human finds an end.

We are not going to accept anymore, that the opinion, interests, needs, the will and feelings of the so named “minors” (not to forget the elderly, who are placed under disability in old people's home - ghettos) are dragged through the dirt, ignored and laughed at. We are not going to accept anymore, that the various forms of educational force and violence and the ramifications of pedagogical battery in families, churches, school, youth institutions, police and by the judiciary, in homes for children, in psychiatries and other prisons of our society are being whitewashed, belittled or is being totally concealed.

The control and the laws exerted by state facilities, the infantilizing and the permanent torments are producing the ramifications of juvenile delinquency and violence. The withdrawal of love (and affection) under the young people are suffering and also the ramification of it, as well as the use of force to get sexuality, drug-addiction, right-wing radicalism, but also infanticide by parents is again used as an opportunity, not to shut down these facilities, who should actually prevent these nuisances, but to the contrary, to justifiable and expand them on and on. Every big mistake the youth-institutions are doing, where, as a result children are dying, is, instead of a cutback of their power structure, a reward of more funds and more personal, what will be granted. This is known by these administrative bodies. In this way the pressure on affected, tormented people is increasing many times over.

Because of this mechanism, control creates violence, what creates more control and a stricter legislation, our society drifts on and on to the direction of despotism and dictatorship. These contours are already reflecting how social outsiders being treated nowadays, that means in straight talk, that these people are getting politically and socially excluded and persecuted. Therefore is a cooperation with pedagogical and psychological facilities, to break the circle of violence against children, adolescence and old people, hardly imaginable and almost impossible.

It is unavoidably to confront this situation, to care about it, or at least to contribute to create legal conditions, that human, independent of their age and free of educational-tricks and dependencies of all kind, without being hostile to the body and without the pressure of the materialistic society, can claim the right to love and being loved, being self-determined to live together with other people of their choice and after their imagination.
