If theres no governemnt, wouldn't that mean no elections, and therefore the country would be run as a dictatorship. thats why anarchys wrong/

I don't think you understand. Government's cannot just arbitrarily make rules and expect people to follow them. There isn't some magical power that forces you to follow the rules. A dictator would need people to follow them, carry out their ideas and enforce their rules. It's doubtful that after a popular anarchist revolution people would suddenly turn around and decide to go along with what some random nutjob says
