Yes they could. Like I've said repeatedly a dictator needs a large number of followers before he can take any kind of power especially in a system with no centralised power structure to take hold of

Furthermore there would be institutions to stop people aggressing against each other

Tally ho old beans and whatnot, I must now inform you that this whole idiot guest guise has been nothing more than a clever ruse. I wanted to see how you boys could deal with common stupid misconceptions of anarchism and silly logic, and I daresay you've passed with flying colours. Couldn't think of a single silly thing anyone would have left to say to you chaps.
