It has Bible in one hand and bomb in the other. It is out rightly racist and takes pleasure while humiliating non-whites. america already became fascist state, long time ago, in the sense in which you describe. although I think that all states are fascit (because of giving of bigger right to "domestic" people than to "foreigners"). the only way to abolish fascism, imperialism and totalitarism, is with abolishing of the state.
in which way to do it? that's big discussion. shortly: all people must choose their way which they prefere. but many people should participate in destroying of the state. state is untill know stronger with its propaganda. until slaves organize themselves... imperialists will do what they want.
