What kind of personality traits and characteristics do you think anarchists are more likely to posses in comparison to people who accept authority without serious question?

Apart from reluctance to submit blindly to authority I doubt there are any underlying characteristics or personality traits that pop up more in anarchists than anyone else

Anarchists can be recognised by the red colour, arrow tip ended toe and horns.

Oh Variagil, you crazy Nicaraguan bastard!
How long do you think we can have a free and democratic society if we insist on maintaining totalitarian systems in our companies? We must have freedom for individuals and organizations to grow and to realize their potentials.

I doubt there really are any.

I should probably justify that.

I doubt there are any, because people arrive at and depart from anarchism from and to very different places. It's a bit strange to suggest, in the light of all this diversity, that there's any particular 'type'.

Perhaps some types of individual might be attracted to the "Rah, let's fight the system!" crap, but that's not the same as finding the actual substance of anarchism quite interesting.
