C.I.A. Tactics

Cryptome is an excellent site for recently declassified U.S. Government information. Many private Security Analysts visit for its simple format and continually updated content. Recently they posted documents from two former C.I.A. programs, both I imagine are still utilized just updated. The first is an international doctrinal program designed for conservative academics to develop counter theories to any Liberal, humanistic, existential ideology of the era. The next is an outline for guerrilla psyops. This holds a specific place in my heart, as the son of a Colombia immigrant, I know first hand the U.S. Government's training procedures for Psy Ops in Latin America. Especially the practice of killing innocent civilians and claiming they were supporting guerrilla or terrorist movements.

We must, then, begin to erase our old concepts and begin to draw closer and closer to the people and to be increasingly aware. We must approach them not as before. You are all going to say, 'No. I like the people. I love talking to workers and peasants, and I go here or there on Sundays to see such and such.' Everybody has done it.
