Anarchism is not a beautiful fantasy, it is not an abstract philosophical principle: It is a social movement of the working masses. This is precisely why it must unite its forces in a permanent organization, as the reality and strategy of class war demand. (Dielo Truda, 1926)
The FdCA (Federation of Anarchist Communists), sets itself up as a historical memory and revolutionary consciousness within the exploited class's consciousness gathering together the class-struggle anarchist-communist activists who share its political opinions.
The need for it lies in the same present-day clash of classes. As part of the class, the FdCA develops the principle of organization, founded by Bakunin and continued in the last century through the revolutionary organizational experiences of anarchist communists which were the most significant as steps forward in defining theory and strategy. By the same token, the FdCA condemns all conceptions of "the Party" based on substitutionism (Leninism, Bordiga-ism) and spontaneism.
Rejecting organizational substitutionism, the FdCA bases its internal political relations on federalism and on mutual "fraternal checking of one another" (Bakunin) to protect equality of participation in decisions and safeguard collective responsibility over their application.
"Inspired by a common way of thinking and a common aim, pursued taking account of conditions, and participating on the same level..." (Bakunin) the militants of the FdCA develop anarchist revolutionary action within mass working-class organizations, favouring class unity, solidarity of the exploited, and class war.
Art..1-The FdCA is the organization of class-struggle anarchist communist militants who share political positions, articulated in theory, strategy and tactics.
Art..2-The aims of the organization are:
a)The construction of a new society based on direct democracy and collective self-management of production and distribution;
b) The protection of the historical heritage expressed by a century of anti-capitalist and anti-authoritarian struggles and support for the levels of organization of the exploited.
The FdCA develops its strategy and tactics in society, aiming for the defence of the immediate interests of the working class and to gradual shifts of power in favour of that class, in the prospect of destroying the relationships of capitalist production, of defending the historical interests of the workers and of creating anarchist communism.
