We set the initial boundaries but others have input into it. The committee to have a WSM minority on it. When they have a proposal they are to put it to the WSM for ratification prior to the WSM supporting the initiative.

[2000] We will buy an iBook portable computer with a digital camera and a portable draft printer. A budget of £1900 from the national account will be used for this. The iBook will be available to the editorial committees of the publications groups, and will be used to archive all WSM databases and publications and traffic to the wsm, anarchist-platfrom and ap_discuss mailing lists. It will also be used to store a large quantity of images to allow for instant layout of publications.
